Unboxed does not send telemetry, crash reports, or analytics. It does not create an account.

If you paste a license key, Unboxed stores it in the Keychain on this Mac and checks it with Unboxed's license server, which talks to Whop. The check sends the key and a hardware id. It does not send files, settings, or a name. After a successful check the app can keep working offline for 72 hours.

Apply writes a snapshot of the settings it will change to ~/Library/Application Support/Unboxed/backup.json on that Mac. Revert reads that file. Delete the folder if you want the snapshot gone.

The optional NextDNS profile sends DNS queries to NextDNS under profile ccf581. That is NextDNS policy, not Unboxed policy. Uncheck that item before Apply if you do not want it.

The marketing site loads Whop Pixel for ad attribution and logs whatever Cloudflare logs by default for a static site. Purchase goes through Whop. Support: cohencool@icloud.com.
